Handheld PCs Finalist at BlackBerry Innovation Awards
hand-e-pix from Handheld PCs was a finalist at the BlackBerry EMEA Alliance Summit 2009 for 'Driving Innovation in the Public Sector'. The nomination was based on the deployment at West Yorkshire Police where over 4,000 frontline officers are being issued with hand-e-pix to capture time, date stamped and geo-tagged photographic evidence on their BlackBerry Curve devices.
