Handheld PCs are helping social care staff to offer their community increased levels of attention.

To assist the Children and Families team at Barnet spend more time with their clients, Handheld PCs implemented mobile software to give each member of the team secure access to their calendar, contacts and email. Working in a sensitive environment with members of the public the social services team needed to concentrate on people, not technology. Handheld PCs have a number of easy to use mobile working solutions for social services departments.
